Tailgate Social Remains No.1 Place To Watch Football in Las Vegas

It May Be Halfway Through the Season, But There’s No Better Place to Watch Football in Las Vegas Than at Tailgate Social

It’s hard to believe that it’s already past the halfway point of the season for both college and NFL football. This hasn’t been one of the most-winning football seasons for Las Vegas and Nevada teams, but it has been a great time regardless at Tailgate Social. There’s been a mouth-watering ribs special, Raiderade, and fun touchdown promos for those times our teams made it to the endzone. Check out this midseason update so you’re informed and ready to finish out the football season strong. There’s no better time to watch football in Las Vegas than now!

UNLV

The Scarlet and Gray are coming off a 44-21 loss at Notre Dame, making a 3-game losing streak after a solid start to the season. Despite sitting in the number 4 slot in the MW West with an overall record of 4-4, UNLV is not out of the running for a bowl game. Coming off a bye week to take on San Diego State at 4 PM on 11/5, the Rebels need to secure a W–and at least one more–to qualify for the postseason. Hopefully, Brumfield will be off concussion protocol and back on the field and Reese can keep up his career-high carries to bring this team back into a winning mindset.

Nevada

This has not been Nevada’s season. In fact, it’s been one of its worst seasons since 2000–the last time they lost six (might be seven) straight. The Wolf Pack is at the bottom of the MW West and has a 2-7 record overall. With 3 games left in the season and no hope at a bowl game, it’s time to treat the remainder of the 2022 season as a tryout for 2023. Will Illingworth be able to take over as QB? What about true freshman AJ Bianco? It’s not time for these wolves to roll over, but maybe letting the pups get some playing time can help them finish out the season with a W or two.

Raiders

If you’re a Raiders fan, this season might seem pretty grim. But if you’re a Raiders fan who has been watching games at Tailgate Social, then this season is a glass-half-full situation, literally. Even though the Raiders are 2-6, they’ve scored 16 touchdowns so far this season. Tailgate Social’s Raiders football promo means that anyone wearing Raiders gear gets a beer, and then a shot each time they score, so, for the easier math, that’s 8 free pints of beer and 16 free shots. For the harder math, that’s $186 of free booze to numb the pain your heart feels when the Raiders lose. At least your wallet isn’t weeping this season, and you can still come to Tailgate Social to finish out the Raider’s season with the other diehard fans while you dream of 2023.
